Prepared Childbirth Course
This four-week, group childbirth course will leave you feeling knowledgeable, confident, excited, and at peace about what lies ahead during the remainder of your pregnancy and childbirth. We will cover the stages of pregnancy, labor and delivery, exercise and nutrition, relaxation, pain management, and comfort techniques. We will explore the role of the birth partner, practice relaxation methods, and various positions for labor. You will have fun and meet other expectant parents in the area and laugh while learning!
Next In-Person Class: Monday evenings, 7:00 to 9:00 pm
New series begins every month.
Course price: $200 Price includes expectant parent and their support person.
Caring for Your Newborn
This class provides expectant parents with comprehensive, evidence-based education on all key things related to caring for your newborn. Everything essential to newborn care during the first three months of life from sleeping, eating, and basic hygiene to diapering and travel including tips and tricks, are included in this course. This class will help you know what to expect and feel confident and prepared in caring for your newborn.
Second Tuesday, from 6 to 9 pm.
Fourth Saturday, from 5 to 8 pm
Course price: $80 Price includes expectant parent and their support person.
Weekend Intensives
Don’t have four weeks to spare? The same material from the four-week class is covered over one weekend. Spend the weekend getting to know your body, your partner, and other expectant parents better! Times are Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. and Sundays from 12 to 4 pm.
Next Weekend Intensive: Fourth weekend of every month

Private Classes Available
Would you prefer to take any of the classes from the comfort of your own home with just you and your partner? All classes are available as private options. I will come to you and teach in your home, if that is a better option for you. Please contact me for fees and to arrange a date and time.
